We are creating 50 linux builder vms in scl3 to replace the ones in sjc1. How many buildbot-masters do we need to handle that, or are 30/31 (which I created for the 80 r5 minis) sufficient to the task?

FYI I've created bm32 and bm33 vms so that they can be set up by releng at will for redundancy for bm30 and bm31.
