Add the following command to cron, and have it run every 4 hours.
manage.py cron refresh_blog_feed

For now, for QA to test...
* On mozillalabs hp
* Confirm in lower right under "Latest News" that there are 5 blog posts.
Once the blog has a theme applied we can confirm that these really are the latest 5 posts but for now the above is OK.
