The remaining tests we don't pass in automation are:

* idlharness.html: all test bugs; fixed upstream
* storage_local_security.html: bogus; removed upstream
* storage_local_setitem_quotaexceedederr.html: disabled; fundamentally unstable
* storage_session_setitem_quotaexceedederr.html: ditto

I say my work is done here.
