Tried moving a folder and it went missing. I can still access the emails in the folder through the search but there is no way to access the folder itself from the folder tree.
Restarting Daily didn't solve the problem.

then it's gone from the server - are you sure it's not a sub-folder of some other folder?

Even if it's gone from the server, it's possible your messages are still stored locally in the offline store for that folder. You can look in your user profile dir in the imap server sub-directory - see https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/profiles
If you find the offline store file, then you can copy that file to the local folders directory, and restart TB, and your folder should be under local folders.

"#" is seen in your IMAP Mbox name.
As seen in dependency tree for meta bug 124287, Tb still has some problems when "#"(and some special chars) is contained in Mbox name and/or file path of file used for mail folder.
Do you see your problem with IMAP Mbox name(Mail Folder name) without special character such as "#"?

Wada: I may have had similar problems without "#" or special characters in the past but cannot repoduce at this point.
I definitely remember having other issues with folder containing "#" characters though.

Mee too.
I recently observed same phenomenon as yours with "#" in Mbox name while testing "#" relevant problem such as bug 298033, bug 720911, bug 727324, and I saw it with a few other spacial characters or combination of them too.
- rename "a#b" like one to "p#q" like one.
- at folder pane, "a#b" never disappears, "p#q" never appears, until restart
of Tb("Work Offline then go back Work Online" may be a recovery operation)
- in subscription list, "a#b" disappears, "p#q" appears(correct).
- if "a#b" is clicked, Tb issues select, and server returns "NO unknown Mbox".

Is other Mbox opened after restart of Tb?
Unless at least one login is executed by folder open, login for LSUB is not executed, so folder information is not updated(bug 534994).
