Details

When the purchase process or install process start we need to change the buy button to show the state.

There isn't much of a flow I can do for purchasing that is meaningful to show the amount of purchase that's complete, so it will just have to be a spinner of some kind for now.

Similarly for install, we just call mozApps.install (inside install.js) and let the install happen. There's no callback when it's complete afaik so we'll have to see how this goes. Again just a spinner of some kind.
