linux-ix-slave22 is showing disk error - i've disabled it in slavealloc but left it running

talos-r4-lion-069 rebooted using the PDU and removed from dependencies.
All r4 and r5 minis can be rebooted using the PDU interface.

please ignore, as the cluestick bounces off my noggin I realize this should have been a standalone bug
