75341 - Windows Integration panel doesn't fit in prefs window

Nothing really serious, just that Preferences window isn't wide enough, or just
because of the strings are too long to display on only one single line.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Edit > Preferences
2.Look at
Mail and Newsgroups > Message Display
or
Advanced > Windows Integration

Actual Results:  The window doesn't seem to be wide enough.

Expected Results:  I would rather expect some of the strings to be split and
displayed on two lines.

Moreover, it seems you're drawing widgets, and erase some and redraw again. 
Doesn't this take too much time?  Isn't more efficient to calculate every widget
position and properties before actually draw them on screen?

I think the goal is to have all prefs panels fit in a default-sized prefs 
window at the default font size, and to also give users some way to use prefs 
if they have a larger font size or tiny screen (most likely by letting the 
panels scroll, bug 54679).  This bug is about specific panels not fitting at 
the normal font size, so it's not really a dup of 54679.

I'm reopening this bug and changing it to only cover the Windows Integration 
panel, since the Message Display panel is covered by bug 74002.

Btw, bz, thanks for finding and mentioning both of those bugs (54679 and 
19092).  I think they're dups of each other :)

Now that preference window size is fixed and the problem resolved, I think you
could do the same to Mailer's Edit > Mail/News Account Settings ...... window
