l10n repacks don't use our in-tree mozconfigs, so we need to add new mozconfigs for Thunderbird in buildbot-configs.

Attachment: Don't use hgtool for checkout

The source builder doesn't clone the scripts directory, so don't use hgtool for now. We could file that as an improvement for the future.

This affects both FF & TB, so the bugs are bug 714063 and bug 758149.
