I think we need to update buildbot-configs/mozilla2/*/comm-esr10/release/1l0n-mozconfig. The dir listing at 
  /builds/slave/tb-rel-comm-esr10-lnx-rpk-2/comm-esr10/obj-l10n/../../ 
is 
 buildbot-configs  buildprops.json  comm-esr10  last-clobber  mozilla-release  properties  scripts  token

mozilla-release is empty but otherwise looks promising. That's what we have on FF ESR too.
