We should start tracking performance telemetry for the desktop web apps feature. The second measurement I would suggest capturing is the time to launch a web application from firefox. This is definitely essential to track, given that we already know that there is a start-up perf bug on file (bug 753925). We additionally need a better way to understand even for that bug, how widespread problems are (e.g. histograms of start-up time). Upon collecting the time to launch, we'll need to push the results to the telemetry dashboard the snappy team uses. The snappy team could provide more information probably on the implementation details for this.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in the integration between Firefox and the runtime.
