Bug#760807 came up as showstopper over the weekend, which is specific to TB13.0 on win7. At this point, TB13.0 will most likely not ship tomorrow with FF13. This same problem is also in TB10.0.5ESR.
Fixing this looks like it will require rebuilding or some possible workaround experiments over the weekend. More details as we have it.
