Using Fx13, if you login to your hotmail.com account you cannot load the msn messenger if you click on Messenger. After clicking on it, if you hover, it just stays at "Loading..."
Using Fx12, it works, and you can message your online contacts.

I'm wondering if this could be related to bug 736731 - is that bug still reproducible Juan? Also, did this come up in any prior testing? I need help in understanding if this is a Firefox or web regression.

(I understand this is at least a change in behavior from FF12->FF13, but that doesn't mean a regression in FF13 explicitly)

This looks to be bug 736731. This did not come up during prior testing. It affects all OSs and Fx14, 15, 16. I'll add the flags, but this might just be a dupe of the aforementioned bug.

Is Windows Messenger in hotmail.com a part of any of our regular tests?

Also, can we test with the range in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=736731#c2 to verify this is the same bug?

It isn't explicit in our regular tests. We have a test suite we recommend community members during test days that deals with web compatibility, including gmail, yahoo, and hotmail sites and advanced features within, but the Messenger part isn't called out.
I'll verify the range.

The regression range in this and bug 736731 are the same.
Should this bug now be marked as resolved as a duplicate of Bug 764546?

No, this is a "Tech Evangelism" bug and waits for a fix of Microsoft.
Furthermore, it's a dup of bug 745516 which was resolved as dup of bug 736731.
So I'm doing the same here.
