Details

These are currently required to be able to do a Thunderbird release. These really tripped us up in TB14.0b1; we should find ways to land these without breaking other things.
It's also disabled in slavealloc/json. We need to get Thunderbird releases on in-production masters, and get this master in production.

Local changes on buildbot-master34 reverted, mw32-ix-slave{02|05|10} not locked to a master anymore, buildbot-configs/custom/tools updated and master reconfigured.
