Build 2001-04-11-04: NT4 Still need to check Mac and Linux. Overview: This bug summarizes the changes that should be made to the Plain New Message menus. It includes mnemonic and accelerator issues as well. 1. Add a. Menu Item - File|Print Plus (depends on bug# 65130) - View|Character Coding (is missing the Auto Detect and the More submenus. Are these valid items when composing a message?) b. Mnemonic - Edit|Replace..., what mnemonic should it have since it doesn't exist right now - View|Character Coding|Customize..., needs "C" c. Accelerator - File|New|Blank Page to Edit, needs "Ctrl+Shift+N"

We also limit the number of charset for message compose since some charsets are not supposed to be used for mail send (e.g. MacRoman). That's why More submenu is not included for message compose.
Use "l" for Replace.

Build 2001-05-11-04: WinMe Build 2001-05-11-09: Mac 9.04 Build 2001-05-11-08: Linux RH 6.2 Verified, All items that could be fixed in this bug are fixed. Bug# 20336 will decide the accelerators for Send Now, Send Later.
