On the Bulk Validation page, when I click on a link to download one of the logs, for example: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/admin/email_preview/validation_job-71-failures.csv

I end up with just a white screen. I'm part of the Bulk Validators group, so this might be a permission issue with that group, I'm not sure.

For some reason, I don't think this was fixed. At least, I still get a blank white screen when trying to download https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/admin/email_preview/validation_job-81-failures.csv

Standard8 reports that his account works, so this might just be a permission setting issue with mine.
Was this resolved via permissions?

yeah, my email username for AMO is sancus@off.net
You're not in the group "Bulk Compatibility Updaters", so this isn't available to you. If you should be there ask an admin to add you. I'm not able to.
