Actions regarding the review of the dependent bug should be tracked here.
This feature is enabled in FF 15 Aurora, so we probably should get this done at least 2 weeks before the Beta merge hits to given Brian time to fix any immediate concerns brought up in the Aurora cycle.
:dveditz owns this one, and I think this is an individual not a team review. So this is depending on his availability.
The prefetch clearing functionality will not make it past Aurora so I think this security review can be canceled.
