GIF anim to play through only once (or N times?) instead loops indefinitely
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a GIF anim that is meant to loop only once (or a limited number of times)
Actual Results: GIF anim loops indefinitely.
Expected Results: Should run through once (or specific number of times?) and
then stop on last frame.

I've seen that with today win32 installer build. A particularly annoying
example: http://www.ibm.com

Ah, I found it. this is a DUP of bug 75828 (which even already has a patch! :)

Reproduced using 2001-04-18-04 on WinNT; this *is* a DUP of bug 75828,
"Image that doesn't animate in ns4 animates in mozilla".
