Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the attached URL.
2. Make sure that at "group by" the "week" option is selected and at "For last:" the "365 days" option is selected.
2. Zoom at the second peak (the small one) between May and June.

What happens:
Only the X-axis pan and scale correctly.

What should happen:

Both X and Y axis should scale.
