To reproduce:
* Start Mozilla.
* Open the Preferences dialog.
* Choose the `Privacy' category.
* Click `Manage Certificates...'.
* Look at the bottom of the window.
What you see:
* A button labelled `Close'.
What you should see:
* Nothing at all.
No window should ever have a button labelled `Close'. If the window can be
closed using the window manager (as in this case), then the window is not a
dialog, and it shouldn't be made to look like one because that is unnecessarily
confusing.
