Steps: 1. Install fabrice's test app for appcache here - http://people.mozilla.com/~fdesre/openwebapps/test.html 2. Reinstall the app 3. Try to launch the app Expected: The app should start-up with no issues. Actual: The app icon begins to appear in the bottom toolbar but quickly disappears. No app is launched.

I think this is a dup of bug 769545 based on felipe's indication that the fix will target the root cause in both bugs in regards to reinstall. Will reopen if I'm incorrect.
