Create Specific Dev Server For The Affiliates FB App. This server environment should be identical to the current affiliates-dev. Those details are below if they are needed.

We need a temporary dev instance for the initial development of an affiliates FB application. This instance will be removed after the initial launch.

The instance is essentially a clone of the current affiliates-dev environment, including the celery and mysql nodes, that pulls from the Facebook branch instead of the develop branch.

https://affiliates-fb-dev.allizom.org/en-US/new is now working and I was able to register with my Persona ID
