Meta bugs can be useful tools for project management, but they're only useful if someone is actively working on the project, i.e. maintaining the list of dependencies and driving resolution of the issues (either by fixing them oneself or by getting others to fix them).

This meta-bug hasn't been touched for over a year, so I'm going to close it.  But please reopen if you want to take on that project management role and drive a list of platform integration bugs to completion.
