The new dev machines are setup: bld-lion-r5-0[89-94]

It's *almost* time to reclaim r5-mini-00[1-6]. Rail is still marked as using r5-mini-001 in slavealloc, so once Rail gives the all clear in this bug, you can reclaim the machies.

Rail: I've already set aside bld-lion-r5-089 for you in slavealloc as a replacement.

Rail tells me he's done with the machine. Recycle away.
Should I file a separate bug for removing the nagios checks, or can that be handled here?
I can do it in this bug.  Waiting for some DNS changes to go through and the r5-minis should be gone from nagios.
