steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/users/kr-raj
2. For one of the listed reviews, click on "Edit"
3. Change the rating and review comment
4. Save changes
expected behavior:
Changes show up in the profile page immediately like they do in details page.
observed behavior:
changes don't show up immediately.

Same thing with deletes.

This is fixed with our latest reviewer changes. Another bug has spawned from it, but I filed it separate as bug 808800
