In the new IA, the user can select a topic first. If they do so, we need to show them the list of products before sending them to article lists. This bug covers: * Create a new view and template for the page * The page should live at /<locale>/topics/<topic slug> * The page shows list of products (with images) that apply to this topic (uses facets). ** This is essentially the product picker from bug 778143 This bug doesn't cover: * Styling the page * Linking to the topic+product article listing. See bug 762255 for the latest design
