78058 - shortcut for "discontinue link" conflicts with "open web location" (ctrl+shift+L)

In Composer, "discontinue link" and "open web location" are both Ctrl+Shift+L.  

Possible fixes:
1. Merge "discontinue link" with "discontinue text styles".
2. Remove the shortcut for "discontinue link" ("insert link" doesn't have a 
shortcut, so why should "discontinue link" have one?)
3. Give a Ctrl+[letter] shortcut to "insert link" and move "discontinue link" 
to Ctrl+Shift+[letter].
4. Make Ctrl+L open the "open web location" dialog in editor (this would be a 
good idea anyway) and give Ctrl+Shift+L to "discontinue text styles" (I don't 
think that would be a good idea, since users might expect Ctrl+Shift+L to give 
the "open web location" dialog everywhere that the dialog is available).

I'll comment on bug 66884 about a similar conflict involving "discontinue text 
styles" (Ctrl+Shift+K).
