Actual result:
The orange "no restart" label is missing.

Expected result:
The "no restart" label should be there, similar to how it is shown on for example https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/

Details:
The install.rdf for the addon can be seen here http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/da/file/7fcaf0166b16/extensions/spellcheck/hunspell/install.rdf

Note that it does not contain <em:bootstrap>true</em:bootstrap>. Instead it contains <em:type>64</em:type> which also makes it restartless. See https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/6f4259bdadf5#l6.32

Good call.  We should tag dictionaries, search engines, and, I suppose personas, as restartless.  I think that comes from the validator.
