Details
Even if Kuma improved that significantly, there are plenty of things to do to lower our page loading times.
We need to do that for two reasons:
1) User satisfaction. Loading time is a key factor, with content and navigability.
2) SEO. Engines are giving "bonus" to fast-loading Web sites.
This is a meta bug, practical bugs will be blocking this one.
