788013 - Wrong redirection to Upgrade Permissions in Not allowed error

I wanted to change status in some bug marked as INVAILD to WORKSFORME and I get this error info

"You tried to change the Resolution field from WONTFIX to WORKSFORME , but only a user with the required permissions may change that field.

If you are attempting to confirm an unconfirmed bug or edit the fields of a bug, find out how to get the necessary permissions."

clicking on "find out how to get the necessary permissions" will forward me to
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi=get_permissions.html
and I will see error
"404 Not Found
Not Found

The requested URL /page.cgi=get_permissions.html was not found on this server."

but it should forward me to
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=get_permissions.html
