Per the last comment in Bug 750798, it appears that a sentry instance is not updating stage with mirror availability.
Per discussion in #it, this does not impact moving the new cluster into prod and we're gonna come up with a SQL query to modify stage, for now

This is implemented and tested working! Note that this doesn't imply that staging will have a current list of mirrors, products, or locations... only that whatever it has will be checked. :)
