I can confirm that the respun nightly fixes bug 795591. Please re-enable nightlies for every configuration except win64, which is suffering from an unrelated PGO bug (bug 795594).
Done, only WINNT_x86_64-msvc is still mode 700.

On IRC, aja, jesup, and Kwierso tested the nightly built after resolving bug 795748 and didn't experience any crashes, so I think we should be OK to re-enable updates. OK to go ahead with that ?
