I've read that bug and since I already have an SVN account I guess all that needs to be done is for Pascal to add the locale files to the project and then I need to commit the translation. Right?

The files are in your repo (mozorg and emails folders), you can svn update your local copy.

I've moved the email templates to the new location, r113271.

templates/mozorg/emails/

Note that you can customise the text in the email templates. For example, Mozilla Hispano completely changed the text for Spanish, so links are in Spanish pointing to Mozilla Hispano wiki and emails are signed by the people in charge of each area at the community.
