797253 - Link to SUMO and privacy policy from feedback tab

Implement the bottom half of bug 788253. 

1. Create a button that links to SUMO page with top five Marketplace articles. Ibai will provide exact link.

2. Create a Privacy Policy button that shows the Privacy Policy and ToS in a new screen (see wireframes and mocks in bug 788253)

Verified in Android too and "Get Help" button is working as expected, but I have to re-open the bug because Maria said "Create a Privacy Policy button that shows the Privacy Policy and ToS in a new screen" and I am not able to see ToS in the new screen opened by "Privacy Policy" button.

If something has changed meanwhile and ToS is not needed anymore please feel free to close the bug again and I will mark it as Verified.
