A quick look at the site shows that it is not ready for rtl languages, there are probably many different bugs to tackle, it may need a tracker bug and dependencies.
A couple of things I have noticed:
* untranslated document should not be displayed in rtl mode since they are in English
* template calls showing html code should not be displayed in rtl, that leads to html such as:
</meta>
* generally speaking, the css needs rtl love to avoid overlapping boxes
thanks

I morphed this bug in a meta bug and will fill individual bugs for each individual rtl problem. That way, these individual bugs may be assigned to doc sprint and the meta bug gives us the overall view.

Closing: all dependencies are fixed and we tested RTL with the redesign too. There likely are some l10n bugs lefts, please file them and we'll fix them, but this meta bug is no more needed.
