Many of the pages of OASIS simply do not display. Pushing Reload may or may not
get the page to display.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://www.oasis-open.org
2.Select a link on the left.
3.

Actual Results:  Blank page, but with a yellow background.

Expected Results:  A normal web page.

I can repro this with http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/index.shtml .
Every time I reload the page the corresponding cache entry gets 9571 bytes
larger. You can view it with View Source.

I guess this is caused by an unclosed script tag:

Note the missing '>' at the end. Mozilla's View Source shows instead:
