Steps:
1. Take picture and go to the gallery.
2. Try to send the picture via MMS

Expected: Option to be able to send a picture via MMS

Actual: No option to send picture.

There's also no option within the messages app to take a picture to send it.

This is not really useful as is, so going to close it. There's a massive set of bugs around this general feature, which involves many layers of the stack and a whole test/conformance suite, etc, etc.

The user stories are blocking bug 842229.
