now that we have redirected traffic for rockyourfirefox.com to the retirement blog post, we now need to clean  up the "old stuff." this bug will track that work.

1. remove dev/stage/prod web app instances
2. clean up zeus (ssl catalog, etc)
3. remove databases
...

all references removed from generic cluster, databases and zeus.

static is now handling all requests with a 301 per bug 797641.
