steps to reproduce: 1. Tester is not logged in 2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/settings expected behavior: Login roadblock will be removed on Oct 18. When user accesses a page which requires login, we don't show the Mozillian preview page. Instead, we just prompt them to log in. observed behavior: we show the roadblock page.

Why aren't we just forcing login?

We might need to add RECAPTCHA here. If we can get buy in from both of them that feedback be available for only authenticated users, then we can close this bug right now and just hide the settings icon for anonymous users.
