80099 - statusbar: component icons cutoff using Classic on the Mac

Overview: Using Classic, create a new message and the icons in the taskbar are
slightly cutoff on the bottom.

Expected Results: The icons in the Taskbar should have extra room on the bottom
similar to other windows.

Additional Information:
- WinMe: Appears ok.
- Linux: Appears ok.
