Not sure how many bugs we'll need under this. Maybe we should convert this to a story and move it to the tracking product and file additional implementation bugs underneath?

I think the hard part of this is implementing *any* kind of printing support. Once we have that in place, the print charm shouldn't be too much extra work (as much work as hooking up any other charm).

From looking at other metro apps' print support, it seems like we need to pass some info along to some printing functionality in the Windows SDK. If the metro version of the printing functions accept the same kind of data as the desktop version, then I think we can implement this without too much effort (maybe a p=5?) by re-using a bunch of the desktop printing code.

I'm thinking maybe we need these 2 bugs:
  1. Implement print support in metroFx (p=5?)
  2. (This bug) Hook up print charm (p=3?)
