Details
https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2012/10/10/security-vulnerability-in-firefox-16/ tries to load https://blog.mozilla.org/security/wp-content/plugins/simpleCAPTCHA/gdimg.php?re=0 which gives > Not Found > The requested URL /security/wp-content/plugins/simpleCAPTCHA/gdimg.php was not found on this server. resulting in a comment form that asks for a "security code" but does not show a captcha image.

Submitting a comment without a captcha takes me to https://blog.mozilla.org/security/wp-content/plugins/SK2/sk2_second_chance.php?... which is a blank page. (This might be a separate bug.) But at least it puts my comment into moderation.
Bulk move to Websites::blogs component, per bug 1353528
