This host has IP 10.12.40.22, but that maps to w64-ix-slave02.winbuild.scl1. Also, w732-ix-001 isn't in inventory.

I think on inventory it is this: ix-multinode-1-B.build.scl1.mozilla.com

As to why we can't get to that IPMI, I don't know.
