* partialUpdates are set
* patcherConfig is created with 17.0.0 data
* verifyConfigs are created and checked in (touching will be enough)

John, I see that we're supposed to build Firefox 17.0.2 ESR with Mock. Should we be building this release with Mock, too?

Bug 811770 added new mozconfigs especially for ESR, this switches the build config to use those.
