Steps to reproduce:
click on shortcut icon to open email
Actual results:
two exact windows open and get this error message "This folder is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages"
closing either of the windows closes the entire email program
Expected results:
only 1 window should have opened and any new mail downloaded
