THIS IS A METABUG FOR:

All bugs related to responsiveness and visual feedback to user taps.

What makes it feel slow/broken?

When I tap an icon, toolbar icon, button, on/off switch or other common control, I don't always get visual feedback that it's been tapped/invoked, and/or there is a delay between my tap and the expected action to happen.

Examples include: homescreen icons 

Did it prevent you from doing what you wanted? Why?

It makes everything feel harder, esp. in cases where there is a major delay between the tap and the action being performed, and there is no visual feedback.

How does this make you feel?

Tap target visual feedback and responsiveness throughout the OS is essential for a good user experience.

This issue occurs on Buri v 1.2 aurora 09/26 build 
When trying to switch between pictures taken with camera, the transition from one picture to other is slow.
