821249 - Unhide B2G xpcshell once green

Bug 809233 switched on B2G xpcshell tests on the main trunk trees, however it's perma-failing on them (presume just needs the various fixes that are on cedar but not elsewhere).

Once green, they will need unhiding on:
mozilla-aurora
mozilla-b2g18
mozilla-central
mozilla-inbound
try
ash
fx-team
services-central

Sorry, I saw this failure on cedar and disabled the test, but must of missed it in the patch I applied to the core branches.

If this makes xpcshell green there I'll land on aurora and b2g18 as well.

I landed this fix on Aurora and b2g18 as well. It is now unhidden on inbound and aurora.

I noticed that xpcshell tests were failing for a different reason on b2g18 however (bug 811830) so I didn't unhide them there.

Ryan, that patch seems to have put the wrong bug number in the description.

Though I just unhid these tests on try so this bug actually is resolved fixed now.
