Steps to reproduce:

Started up TB 17.0 on my XP computer.


Actual results:

TB opens, then reopens, then reopens until I have 27 to 28 open, all of which say they are processing.


Expected results:

A single TB opens

Please try to close every TB window with the key combination ALT-F4 until all are closed. Now restart TB again. Where should be now only one window.

The bug you referenced here dealt with Windows 7.  Mine dealt with XP, but Richard Marti's suggestion worked.
