82721 - AddBookmark in nsIBookmarksService should accept all bookmark parameters

To add a bookmark, you call AddBookmark from nsIBookmarksService. However, this
only accepts the URI, Title and Type attributes.  I would like to see every
aspect of the bookmark be allowed, like comments (description) and keywords. 
This could be a new function, CompleteAddBookmark, which the old AddBookmark
function calls, just passing in nulls where information is not known.
Currently in order to add a keyword in our bookmark system we will have to add
the bookmark and then edit it in order to expose that property.
