Tracking bug for individual Chief deployment bugs.

Status update on this bug, as we approach the end of Q1.

This bug veered into webops (solarce to start) taking a more active roll/ownership of Chief, including

* moving the canonical repo to github.com/mozilla/chief
* starting to version/tag/keep a changelog of chief so it has proper releases
* building an rpm for installation - bug 850075
* overhauling the puppet module - bug 850082
* putting chief under the apache 2 license - https://github.com/mozilla/chief/pull/7

Chief deployments completed as of 2013-03-24

* bug  827465 - moztrap.mozilla.org - stage | prod
* bug 827469 - mozillaignite.org - stage | prod
* bug 827473 - tbpl.mozilla.org - dev | prod (no stage env)
* 850503 - new fjord input.mc - dev | stage | prod

Sites we're moving into Q2

* bug 827475 - aus2 - implementing chief will require we move all the admin functionality and the server the web servers pull from to ausadm.private.phx1, which is a multi-week undertaking, so this will be deferred and likely will become a Q2 goal itself
* bug 791631 - new snippets - this cluster is not in use for anything beyond dev, so deferring to Q2
