Details

We need to get some of buildbot masters migrated off the KVM hosts and into EC2. Once the blocking bugs are resolved, we can go ahead and: * Create puppet manifests for the new masters * Create EC2 instances for them * Add to inventory/DNS * Add to nagios * Add to slavealloc * Add to production-masters.json
